The Grinberg Method teaches you to stop repetitive patterns related to pain, trauma, and fear that disconnect you and give you the feeling that you are blocked and cannot change your response to situations that affect your relationships, freedom, health (such as addictions, chronic symptoms, or recovery from surgery), or professional path.
The Grinberg Method uses body attention, touch, perception, and direct experience to stop what’s between you and what you want to achieve. In one-on-one sessions, you will be guided by a practitioner in learning through your body and reclaiming your unique potential, step by step.
